In a recent move for the North Carolina Transportation Museum, Charlotte Van was responsible for the transportation of a replica of the Wright Brothers first flyer. This delicate display piece required special planning and handling as it moved from its original location in Manteo, NC to its new location in Spencer, NC.

Charlotte Van has a long time association with the Carolina’s Aviation Museum in Charlotte, NC. When they have a special project or need, it is always our pleasure to assist them. In one of our more recent moves with them, we were able to participate in the transportation of a truly large item – the Huey helicopter picture below.

In one of our more unusual moves, Charlotte Van was contracted to transport the collection of an avid hunter – consisting of over 230 piece – from his private collection for donation to the York Culture and Heritage Museums. Each piece was carefully handled, padded, and transported with the utmost care for future display throughout the system’s museums.
