On behalf of the Carolinas' Carousel, Inc., I want to thank Charlotte Van & Storage for your invaluable help with our recent office relocation. The coordination was excellent and the move went quickly and smoothly. The new office was up an running in record time.
I especially want to compliment the crew that accomplished the physical move. They were efficient, considerate and took excellent care of our furnishings, computer equipment, files and many boxes of supplies and miscellaneous items were brought with us to our new location.

I recently moved from Charlotte to Northern Virginia, and I'm sure you know most of that state-to-state business isn't much fun. I called a few different moving companies, and after meeting Samantha Pressley, I decided on Mayflower/Charlotte Van and Storage. Samantha's down-to-earth, honest and informative nature impressed me from the beginning. She didn't make promises she couldn't keep and I knew that she was working hard to make that move happen for me on a short turnaround. Furthermore, she was just super about dealing with my barking dog and two curious little boys while she went about her business. What a lucky find she was for my family. I feel strongly that management should be informed when their staff is exceptional. People are very quick to complain, but not to commend. You have a fine group of people working for you. In an age when businesses talk endlessly about their "great service," but don't deliver, Charlotte Van and Storage is an exception. Your team is superior. Thank you ever so much for making this process easy for us.
